Je mangerai mes cinq fruits et légumes par jour, je mangerai moins sucré et moins gras pour me garantir une meilleure santé…c’était sans compter sur l’epiphanie, s’annonçant triomphalement trois jours après le nouvel an avec ses promesses royales d’amandes et de pâtes feuillétées. Allez nous allons dire que 2010 commence réellement aujourd’hui Lundi 4 janvier.
Le plus simple serait de ne point sombrer dans ce jeu fallacieux des résolutions que nous nous forçons à établir dès les premiers jours de janvier venus, garants de notre ligne de conduite pour l’année à venir…mais vite oubliées dès que l’euphorie des meilleurs vœux est passée de mode….et là au moins cette fois ci cette résolution de ne point en faire serait tenue !…
Je reste un être faible, incapable de faire la moindre liste de bonnes actions à réaliser…
- - Arrêter d’être d’humeur chafouine…au boulot…sauf que non ça tu vois c’est pas possible…moi il faut que je râle car sinon ben je ne suis plus moi…rebelle attitude de celui qui pointe là où ça fait mal.
- - Faire du sport…euh oui ben j’en fais un peu quand même…bon j’ai arrêté d’aller à la salle il y a un mois et demi parce que…voyons manque de motivation, fatigue, manque de temps…j’y suis retourné hier et je vais essayer de garder le rythme mais bon je me connais…
- - Ëtre plus patient avec mon chéri d’amour lorsqu’il y a des problèmes techniques…et éviter de m’énerver parce que la solution est pourtant évidente.
- - Faire une analyse sanguine…style triglycérides, cholestérol total et LDL…parce que génétiquement j’ai encore hérité du bon phénotype…!!
- - Arrêter de croire que l’Homme est mauvais par nature et lui donner au moins une chance de me prouver le contraire.

Pour 2010…je resterai tout simplement moi-même…
