J’ai un poussin qui n’arrive pas à s’arrêter et comme il tousse beaucoup cela inquiète…. J’ai de la chance je n’ai jamais fumé, mais j’ai 27 années de fumée passive…. Pas mieux mais si tu es motivé par quelqu’un ou quelque chose je te souhaite vraiment d’en terminer surtout que tu es bien plaçé pour connaitre tous les risques …

Bah j’ai réussi à arrêter 12 jours et j’ai repris depuis 10 jours… C’est de la merde! Mais voilà, y’a toujours un moment de faiblesse où on est cons…
Tout comme le flirt avec des jeunes filles,j’ai essayé,vers 16 ans,dans les surprise-parties;j’ai très vite arrêté,je n’y trouvais aucun plaisir.
Mon frère a commencé à 14ans,et s’est arrêté à 60ans,sans problème.
Il faut être profondément décidé,peut-être,profiter d’un moment sans stress (vacances,retraite pour mon frère…)

PS En bon non-fumeur,je pensais qu’embrasser un cendrier (bouche sentant le tabac froid) était plutôt répugnant,et puis cet été,j’ai fais une jolie rencontre,et je m’aperçois que cela ne m’empêche pas de prendre plaisir à l’embrasser;ne prend pas cela pour une invite à continuer de fumer.

Nous le savons bien qu il n est pas bon de fumer, mais quand on est accro , que l on aime cela, que l on considère qu’il n y a pas de bons moments sans la clope qui va vient, qu il n y a pas de merveilleux whisky sans divine clope, pas de copulations rajeunissantes, sans la clope post-coitale, pas de bons repas, sans la clope digestive,… on fait comment ???
