Quand j’étais petit garçon (…et que j’apprenais mes leçons en…) je m’émerveillais des progrès technologiques et rêvais en secret de pouvoir au moins les approcher si ce n’est les avoir.

Enfant, je connaissais le téléphone à cadran rotatif gris à la sonnerie intense et stressante où il fallait patience, minutie et mémoire visuelle pour composer les 6 puis 8 chiffres du numéro de votre correspondant…bref où il fallait consacrer 3h15min et 43 secondes pour tomber sur le bon contact (oui j’exagère un peu mais à peine….est-ce bien le 6 que je viens de faire ou un 5….bon allez je raccroche et je recommence tatattattata…sling tatattattatta…sling…oh mince je me suis encore trompé !)…
j’admirais alors la modernité incarnée dans ce modèle High Tech des PTT…plus de cadran rotatif, des touches en plastiques à enfoncer, un gain de temps certain dans la composition du numéro…bref que du bonheur ! Puis vint quelques années plus tard une amélioration notable du modèle à touche : l’écran digital qui permettait de visualiser le numéro composé…dingue !!!
Mais point de révolution marquante jusqu’à la création libératrice du téléphone portatif sans fil (ancêtre de la téléphonie mobile moderne). 
L’Homme était enfin débarrassé de son fil et pouvait continuer ses occupations pendant qu’il poursuivait sa conversation hautement intellectuelle avec sa meilleure amie…ou alors il pouvait s’isoler secrètement dans une pièce et entretenir une liaison enflammée…
Puis vint naturellement l’avènement de la téléphonie mobile…il me fallait absolument ce nouvel objet technologique. Dès le milieu des années 90, j’étais un des premiers de ma génération à la fac à m’équiper de ce formidable outil de communication…
celui qui pesait 3kg650 sans la batterie (oui là encore j’exagère…mais si peu !), celui qui vous vidait le compte en banque en vous facturant 4,80 francs la minute par appel émis et 3,80 francs la minute l’appel reçu ! L’offre s’est rapidement démocratisée fort heureusement pour mon banquier pour qui les derniers cheveux sont tombés en voyant la première facture ! Les téléphones se sont miniaturisés et ont bénéficié d’un régime amaigrissant miraculeux. Mais cette révolution technologique, que j’admire encore aujourd’hui, s’est accompagnée d’une addiction terrible…celle qui nous gangrène intellectuellement…celle qui rend impossible la vie lorsque par mégarde le précieux petit appareil a été oublié… celle qui nous rend fou lorsque la batterie du téléphone se vide et qu’il nous est impossible de passer un appel indispensable celui du genre « ben je sors…j’arrive bientôt…bisous je t’aime » !, celle qui a permis à une nouvelle orthographe de voir le jour mais sans le dico explicatif genre “JTM..j t kif biz 2 ouf mdr lol”, celle qui risque de transformer notre substance grise en tumeur immonde à long terme…. bref un appendice devenu tellement indispensable que nous pourrions envisager dans un avenir proche de le greffer directement à l’oreille dès la naissance !
Pourquoi je vous raconte tout ça ?…sans doute parce que je suis accroc à la technologie, toujours impatient de pouvoir y succomber et que malgré une résistance farouche de 2 ans, j’ai encore cédé à la tentation numérique et mobile en croquant dans une pomme savoureuse et juteuse…
Elle n’est ni blanche ni noire….mais c’est une reine des reinettes…bien rouge ! car oui j’aime être à la page tout en cultivant une certaine différence !

Perso sur le plan du tél portable, je ne cherche pas à être à la pointe… je peux tel (si si !!!) smsiser (mais pas bien entrainé…) photographier…écouter de la muzik (mais je n’en profite pas)… jouer à Tetris (j’adore !) et ça me suffit… le net j’ai chez moi et au bureau (où je suis toute la journée..), la musique bof, je prfère lire en métro ou RER…. mais sur un plan particulier, quel progrès…il y a 10 ans en partant en vacances, dur de trouver un tel pour l’international et fallait faire gaffe au décalage horaire ! aujourd’hui un sms et coucou !
