Episode 1 : La Chirurgie…
En tant que jeune padawan sur la longue voie de l’apprentissage de l’art médical, j’avais envisagé un temps de devenir chirurgien. Rien de bien original lorsqu’un jeune étudiant embrasse la carrière médicale. Devenir chirurgien, c’est devenir un dieu vivant, un maître de la lame de 15 et du vicryl 3.0, auréolé de gloire dont les pieds sont baisés quotidiennement par des patients reconnaissants. Le must, le caviar de la profession médicale, qui peut gueuler et incendier à son bon plaisir l’infirmière du bloc ou bien le pauvre interne ou encore plus jouissif l’externe en l’humiliant bien profond…parce qu’au fond c’est LUI le chirurgien, le dieu vivant, faiseur de miracle sans aucune humilité, le bricoleur d’intérieur…
Oui je voulais devenir chirurgien mais fort heureusement j’ai rapidement changé d’orientation. Les interventions chirurgicales ne me faisaient absolument pas peur. J’adorais voir l’intérieur du corps, un foie, une rate, du sang gicler sur les plafonds lorsqu’une artère était touchée par mégarde (encore l’abruti d’externe qui ne tenait pas correctement les écarteurs), voir un cœur battre et se dire que ce muscle puissant, noble et autonome constitue l’unique métronome de notre vie.
Ah c’était beau la chirurgie…oui mais je me suis vite rendu compte que primo j’avais deux mains gauches, que secundo ce n’était que du bricolage certes minutieux mais du rafistolage quand même ( et je n’aime pas le bricolage, ni le jardinage,…bref je ne suis pas manuel sauf dans un seul domaine J), que tertio il ne fallait pas trop réfléchir, juste quelques techniques à connaitre (mais sans vouloir être réducteur ou péjoratif,…faire de la chirurgie c’est comme lire un manuel d’entretien automobile : faut être doué en mécanique et savoir reconnaitre les organes vitaux…), que quattro au-delà du bloc opératoire le patient n’existait pas…déjà au bloc c’est un foie ou une rate…alors dehors comment s’appelle-t-il ? Et pour moi ce quattro était rédhibitoire, sachant que pour moi la Médecine est un art basée en grande partie sur la relation humaine…et dire qu’au départ je voulais devenir médecin légiste !!!

“… la médecine est un art basé en grande partie sur la relation humaine…” Pour moi, la médecine est une science et non un art. Elle peut s’apparenter dans certainement cas à l’artisanat. En règle générale, la médecine occidentale ne prend pas en charge le patient mais les symptômes tandis que les médecines orientales, chinoises, s’occupent réellement de l’humain. Il serait intéressant d’envoyer nos médecins faire des stages là-bas, car je pense réellement que ces derniers nous considèrent plus comme des patients profits que comme des êtres humains en souffrance…
C’est “drôle” l’image que tu nous donnes du chirurgien et celle que l’on peut nous avoir en tant que novice. Pour le comment des mortels, le chirurgien est considéré comme un dieu, et en plus dans les films et les séries les chirurgiens sont toujours canons.lol
Ben moi, chui ORL… on peut couper la bidoche, mais la spécialité est tellement vaste qu’on ne voit pas la chirurgie comme ça. C’est UN des outils à notre disposition dans cette spécialité qui est MEDICO-chirurgicale et la pire insulte qu’on puisse me faire c’est de me dire que je suis chirurgien. J’opère oui, mais je ne suis pas chirurgien… C’est vrai hélas, qu’au moment de la formation, on passe son temps à opérer mais ce n’est pas là le plus beau du métier !

I dont usually have to many kissing dreams so when i do i try to analyze them First off there is a girl i kind of have a crush on but i dont see her often (rarely) so i usually dont think of her at all but somehow she managed to get in my dream lol Anyway Im bi and i was sure she was straight but sometimes i get the impression she might not be so sure of her sexuality Ok on to the dream she was at my old house me and her and shes sitting on my couch and where talking I come to sit next to her and we have this moment of silence and she kisses me I said to her why she did that and she doesnt answer then i kiss her back a little (peck) and then she just jumps on me and starts kissing me im like ok this is great in my mind but why and then we stop kissing and she tells me dont tell anyone and the dream ends Any opinions on what that might possibly mean is it possible she could like me
